You have to have it really close to your mouth to evan record anything. I can't can't evan clip it to my shirt because the audios that bad. I can't use it in the wind you can barely hear the audio when recorded. My phone picks up better audio then theses microphones. All in all Wouldn't recommend. Don't know how it has so many good reviews.

It is not working. It doesn’t connect. The support isn’t helpful, asking me around 10 questions each time I ask for refund. They even asked for taking a video. And I did follow their questions and instructions but nothing works. Still they refuse to refund or ship a replacement as they promised on the website. I felt wasted not only the money but also heaps of time dealing with this product. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
