Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Bluebolt, your satisfaction matters to us. This Return & Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, while also ensuring that all returns and refunds are handled consistently and in accordance with industry standards.

By placing an order with Bluebolt, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • All original components must be included (manuals, parts, accessories)

  • The product seal must be intact

Items that show signs of being opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Compatibility & Change of Mind

To ensure the best experience, customers are strongly encouraged to verify product compatibility before opening the packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change-of-mind reasons

  • Compatibility issues

Once the product packaging has been unsealed. All return requests are subject to approval.

Note: For AirPods, please verify if your AirPods come with a wireless charging case.

 

2. Return Authorization & Address

  • All returns require prior approval from Bluebolt.

  • Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our support team.


3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Shipping Protection and extended warranties are non-refundable

  • Bluebolt is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning an item. Packages delayed or held by customs are outside of Bluebolt’s control.


4. Refund Conditions & Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Banks or card issuers may require additional time to post the refund

No refund is owed if:

  • The item is not returned according to approved instructions

  • Return conditions are not met

Restocking Fees

For orders above $500, a 20% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and outbound shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

  • Items are opened, used, or not in original condition

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • Original packaging is damaged or missing

  • Items are returned outside the 30-day return window


5. Optional Partial Refunds (No Return Required)

In some cases, Bluebolt may offer a partial refund or store credit without requiring a return.

  • Partial refunds are not guaranteed

  • Acceptance must be explicit and confirmed in writing

  • If declined, standard return eligibility rules apply


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email support@blueboltchargers.com with:

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • Order number

    • Brief description of the issue

For defect claims, video documentation is required. Troubleshooting assistance will be provided prior to determining eligibility for replacement.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or resolution.

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Warranty Policy

All Bluebolt products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact support@blueboltchargers.com

  2. Provide a video (up to 2 minutes) clearly demonstrating the defect

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Product modification or tampering

  • Use with incompatible or third-party accessories

  • Theft or loss

Shipping costs for warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
