My advice: don't buy any electronics from BlueBolt. Here is why BlueBolt made me: the first time customer very unhappy:
I received the item ($100 selfie) on Aug 21, 2025. I opened the box and do some test right after I received it. There are number of defects I found, so I asked BlueBolt, told them 1. Physically didn't fit with my iPhone. 2. Bluetooth pairing battery was low, so I can't pair with iPhone. I asked for a return procedure for refund. They insists that I have to make a two 10~20 sec. video (a photo is not enough) and send them for evaluation. This was not easily done by average consumers, but I did it since I had some technical background. They then tell me when I use the selfie, I need to take off the cover of iPhone to use it. For battery that was 2.78 volts rather than 3.2volts, they said I have to put them in a charge until it's fully charged (how can I charge a 3 volt battery device? it's not rechargeable). I mentioned they have the ad saying satisfaction guarantee, or your money back as long as within 30days after receiving the item. I found the error on the same day, and ask return info right after that. They refuse to provide me the return info, argue with me with email back and forth 4 to 5 rounds, and finally said because the box was opened, refund was not available for money back, only can do exchange --- and they mentioned it's their company's return policy (which we will not see them on their ad, and those "policy" was not even on their email order confirmation).
You can see, they insisted I have to provide them 2 videos to show them the product was defective, then later saying they couldn't give me the refund because I opened the box. The support must be delirious, so they contradict their own words: If I don't open the box, how can I provide them the video of the item to show them the defect?（as they insist I must do so or the refund won't be processed) I asked them to provide me return information, 4 to 5 times during our email back and forth, but they used the above "reason", refuse to give me the return information. I have no choice but go to my credit card company to dispute the payment.
