Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
 

Cancellations & Amendments

  • Cancellations or order changes (including product variant, colour, or shipping address) are permitted within 1 hour of order placement only.
  • Once an order enters processing, fulfillment, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Orders that have entered processing will proceed to shipment and may only be addressed through the Return & Exchange process after delivery.
     

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping & Transit Time

Estimated delivery times below are provided in business days and begin after processing is complete:

  • United States: 4–9 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Australia: 6–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Ireland: 5–12 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 6–12 business days
  • Singapore: 6–12 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside of our control.


An order is not considered delayed or undelivered unless it exceeds the maximum disclosed processing and shipping timeframe.
 

Important Shipping Information for Power Banks
Due to their classification as regulated goods, power banks may occasionally be subject to customs inspection. While uncommon, this may result in minor delivery delays.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
  • Address changes may only be requested within the 1-hour cancellation window.
  • Bluebolt is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or non-receipt resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages

  • An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  • Carriers may complete delivery by handing the parcel to the recipient, leaving it in a safe place, or delivering it to a neighbour, in accordance with standard delivery practices.

If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located:

  • Customers should allow up to 48 hours, then check with household members, neighbours, building management, or the local carrier.
  • Delivery-related concerns must be reported to Bluebolt within 7 days of delivery confirmation.


Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Bluebolt is unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is refused or not collected despite multiple delivery attempts or carrier notifications:

  • Bluebolt is not responsible for labour, shipping, or handling costs incurred.
  • Any return shipping or reshipment costs may be deducted from the order value or charged separately.

Shipping Protection

  • Shipping Protection covers loss or damage that occurs during transit only.
  • It does not cover packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed.
  • Customers who do not purchase Shipping Protection are required to file claims directly with the carrier.
